A public meeting for the opening of the envelopes with the tender documentation is called upon on Tuesday October 11 at 12 am in the Offices of the Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne, Level 1, St Kilda Road VIC 3004, Melbourne (Australia).
Attendance is in presence and/or via videoconference and is open to the following categories: legal representatives of interested parties or people holding a specific power of attorney.
In the absence of these legal prerequisites, attendance will be allowed as observers with no speaking rights.
