By Decrees of the President of the Republic of June 6, 2022, published in the Official Journal of April 7, 2022, the date for the vote for the abrogative referendum ex art. 75 of the Italian Constitution has been set. Voting will take place on June 12, 2022. We recall that voting is a right protected by the Italian Constitution and that, according to Law 27 December 2001, nr. 459, Italian citizens residing abroad, registered in the electoral lists, can vote by postal voting. To this end, we recommend to check your position with the registry of Italian residents abroad and to update any change of residence.
