Report lost or stolen passports

If your passport has been lost or stolen and you have checked that it hasn’t been returned to the Consulate General by the local authorities (click here), you must report the loss or theft to the Consulate General as soon as possible (click here) and, if available, provide a photocopy of the missing passport.

There is no need to make an appointment.
