Postal bonds

Reimbursement of vouchers or postal bonds issued by “Poste Italiane” (Italian Post) can be requested at the Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne.

To request a reimbursement, you must:

1. Book an appointment on our online portal Prenot@mi (“Consular Services”)
2. Come to your appointment with the following documentation:

• • Refund request form printed and filled in (click here)
  • Payment method form printed and filled in (click here)
  • Passaport, drivers license or identity card

The two forms above must be signed on the day of your appointment in front of an Official of the Consulate General who will authenticate the signature and then sent by post by the applicant to the following address:
