Services offered by the Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne are by appointment only. Before booking an appointment, we recommend to refer to the detailed explanation of the services offered, by clicking on the service required in the table below.

The system shows automatically the first available appointment which you have to book online yourself. We cannot make any bookings on your behalf. If your booking is done correctly, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your appointment. Please note that for some services, 10 days prior to your appointment, you will be sent another email asking you to confirm your attendance. Please confirm it online from your account no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of your appointment to avoid its automatic cancellation by the system.
